It also has hints of dark fruits like black currant, and ending in a soft, sweet finish. Drinkers can also expect to taste floral notes and hints of citrus fruit, coconut, and pineapple. This bean has a great flavor when prepared a variety of ways, and is best in a light or medium roast.
